Our Terms of Business

 

Stays of 1 night only – there is a €10 surcharge

 

Payment in full by cash (Euro’s) on departure.

All major Credit Cards are accepted at a 2% surcharge.

 

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

 

Reservations of 1 week or more, you will be required to pay a reservation fee of 25% of the cost of the reservation. This can be paid by Credit/Debit card or by bank transfer to our Spanish bank account and will be deducted from your final bill. Cancellation within 4 weeks of the reservation, NO refund of reservation fee.

Cancellation of reservation, without a reservation fee; cancellation of shorter stays (under 1 week) at our discretion.
